1. What is the cancellation policy?
  • 100% refund within 7 days of booking, if there are 31 days or more remaining before the trip
  • 50% refund, up to 31 days before the trip
  • No refund 30 days before the trip
  • No-shows will not be refunded
  • If a host is a no-show, guests will be refunded in full, directly by the host.
  • If a trip has to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a global crisis, an act of God, or illness, the same cancellation policy as above applies.

2. How many people are in each group?
The group size varies per trip. Check the trip description for more details

3. How can I contact a host?
Host details are available once booking has been confirmed. Any questions prior to making a booking can be sent to info@tingu.africa

4. How do I become a host?
You need to submit the required documents, and upon review a decision will be taken on whether you will be able to host or not.
